Returns policy

Everyday Biocare offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Policy for your first purchase.

We are committed to providing you quality products and want to ensure you're satisfied with your first purchase from Everyday Biocare. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase from Everyday Biocare for any reason, we will happily give you the opportunity to exchange for another product or receive a full refund if you initiate the return within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the respective product. This policy applies only to one opened product per customer per household or per mailing address.

General Return Policy

Except as otherwise expressly provided,

  • We do not claim nor guarantee any results from CBD products and therefore do not accept returns based on claims of non-performance of product.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine that CBD products are the right products for them prior to buying.
  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item.
  • All returned products must be new, unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds include price paid for the purchased item minus initial shipping costs.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange it at no additional cost to you and pay for all related shipping charges. All claims based upon damaged or incorrect items must be made within 72hrs of your receipt of the item.
